Family-Owned Since 1951
High-end custom new homes, remodeling, and select commercial work across northern Illinois and Chicago's North Shore.
Start Your ProjectOur ServicesDK Perkins Construction was founded in 1951 by Dan Perkins' father. What began as one builder's commitment to doing the job right has grown into a family company that is still built on that same standard.
Today we focus on high-end, high-quality residential construction, from new custom homes to thoughtful remodels, along with some commercial work. Every project carries our family name, and we treat it that way.
What We Build
Distinctive, high-quality homes built from the ground up, with careful attention to detail at every stage.
Upscale renovations and additions that improve how your home looks, works, and lives.
Select commercial projects completed with the same craftsmanship and care as our residential work.
